1-2-1 Personal Training

FreyActive fitness offers bespoke 1-2-1 personal training which can take place in an open space, at your home, or online.

All fitness plans are individual for the client and during an in-depth consultation, we can figure out what would be best for you, set goals and work out a plan that would work for your lifestyle.

Whether you are looking for a lifestyle change, need support getting fitter, or have a goal to achieve, I am here to help. I aim to support, educate and guide you through your fitness journey with patience, laughter, and encouragement.

Prenatal Fitness

Using exercises specifically tailored for each trimester I am here to make you feel confident and safe during one of the most magical, worrying and ever changing times of your life.

There are many benefits in exercising during your pregnancy such as increased cardiovascular fitness, improved muscular strength and lowering the risk of gestational diabetes. Getting your body and mind in a strong confident state is time well spent.

Postnatal Fitness

First of all congratulations on becoming a mama!

Every mum is individual and their birth experience unique and that is why all plans and sessions are bespoke to each client.

Clients will learn how to rebuild their core, reconnect with their body, regain strength and grow in confidence

An in-depth consultation and screening will take place checking posture and postnatal conditions such as abdominal separation (diastasis recti).

I will empower you with knowledge and confidence on how to exercise safely and effectively. Focusing on functional movement that will help you look after your ever-growing child.

You will demonstrate a positive role model for your little one while looking after yourself and giving yourself that vital me time.

Online Fitness

Do you struggle to reach your goals?

Do you feel lost on what exercises to do?

Need guidance and a bespoke plan but without the need of 1-2-1 training?

This online plan could be perfect for you!

The online option starts with a full consultation to find out how I can build your individual plans and how I can help you get to your goal(s).

The 12-week plan includes 3 bespoke individual plans each lasting 4 weeks. In between each plan, a face-to-face meeting or online check-in to go over the plan.

Constant WhatsApp support to encourage you and answers any questions or queries you may have.
